I started my career in New York City, transitioning from luxury retail marketing to coaching executives when I saw how disconnected leaders had become from the spark and passion that drove them to their careers. At the core of my work, I realized what was missing was their connection to their values. I began working with individuals and their teams to surface those values, and the results have been profound. People start living and working from what matters most to them.
The Institute for UNLearning and Kahane Coaching are both based in Evergreen, CO. The Institute focuses on the cultural health of companies and guiding change in fast-paced business environments. Through Kahane Coaching, I work with men and women navigating major life changes, particularly divorce. With FCDP, I provide Collaborative Divorce Facilitation and Divorce Coaching to help individuals through these transitions.
Why I Do What I Do
Coaching is about coming alongside someone and helping them see they are whole, resourceful, and creative. It’s about creating a space where people feel seen and heard. Everyone deserves to be cared for, and it’s incredible to witness the changes people make when they feel that support.
Outside of Work
In my free time, I’m an actor and director in Denver-area theatres, a published author, and a pollinator garden enthusiast. I live west of Denver in a tiny home I’m renovating with my four fabulous rescue Yorkies. I love hiking in the surrounding mountains and working with Wild Aware, a group that helps people stay mindful of wildlife in wilderness areas.
